Get Problems while Applying Patch 7303030

After Applying all 7303030 Pre-requisiste patches and While Applying Patch 7303030 I get below Problems (Doc ID 752619.1):

    While applying patch 7303030, get relink problem "Unable to Relink file RAXTRX"

    Error found in logs /trans/prodappl/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/TRANS/log/7303030.1st.Run.log

    Error found in logs /trans/prodappl/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/TRANS/log/adrelink.log or adrelink.lsv
