Values being added to the 'Action Code' field in DR - Logistics

Hi All,

The 'Acion Code' field in the Depot Repair -- Logictics tab is a AOL 'System' access lookup code wherein more values cannot be created & existing values cannot be modified.

My client wants to have a new value added to this. Is there a possibility.

As well, whn we communicated that more values cannot be added to the list & that it is seeded & comes with the aplication, they want Oracle to add the custom value to the list.

Is this possible. Please help answer this question so that we can explain the users.
