Deploment Server 910 install issues

Hi, I am installing Deployment Server 910 on Windows 2008 R2. I have installed the prequisites and have confusion in one of the prequisites.

Installed VS 2010 Pro

Installed VS 2010 Pro SP1

Installed Oracle Client

Installed Oracle OEE

Installed Deployment Server 910

In the install log at C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2014-09-23_01-45-24PM.log, I am seeing an error message:

INFO: 09/23/14 16:36:50.769  Cannot determine if feature VSRunTime is already installed.  Will attempt to install it.

INFO: 09/23/14 16:36:50.769 >>>>> E1ThirdPartyApp.install

INFO: 09/23/14 16:36:50.769 TPA installation filename to run = <Z:\Oracle\D910\d1-V30188-01\%INSTALL\OneWorld Client Install\ThirdParty\VSRunTime\vcredist_x86.exe>
