Earned Value Sheet is not available under Cost Manager.

Earned Value Sheet is not available under Cost Manager for a fresh install of Unifier 10.The only place I can locate 'Earned Value' is under Login(Site Administrator)->Company->Data Structure Setup->System Modules.
