Oracle OEE on Deployment Server password issue

Hi, I have installed E910 Deployment server on Windows 2008 R2. I provided password JDE during OEE install. I can login using sqlplus JDE/JDE. But for sys and system, I am getting invalid user password error. I believe JDE, sys, and system should have the same JDE password which I provided during install.
