ODA Node0 down. Need help to bring back online through ILOM

Hi ODA Members,

One of our DBA's shutdown Node0 as a test on our recently new ODA and the node isn't coming back online.

He went on-site yesterday to connect through serial and to restart it, here is the messages currently on the console,

Broadcast message from root (console) (Tue Sep 23 15:52:04 2014):

 

The system is going down for reboot NOW!

MOS, Oracle Support advised to reset through ILOM,

> reset /SP

which just resulted in returning the console back to the above message displayed (seems to be stuck),

Here is the original messages we had on the console before he attempted to try and restart again,
