Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. GET_SEARCH_RESULTS Caching Issue

Hello Experts,

We are having Caching issue with the GET_SEARCH_RESULTS. Few scenarios are:

I have set the dStatus=Expired and have mentioned the dOutDate, but the content is appearing in the search results.
During search based on a metadata value, we have a metadata xMHISWorkflowStage which can take values published, archived. Now the metadata value is changed to archived from published, but from the Search form when I am executing search with xMHISWorkflowStage=published that content is appearing.

Every cases I can see from DOC_INFO that the metadata has been updated.

It is taking variable amount of time to update the cache; sometime few seconds, sometime more than half'n hour.
