TBUI - Siebel Operation Step missing picklist in Business Component Windows Properties

Hi All,

I'm designing a new Task based UI in Siebel Tools 8.1.1.11 patchset 10.

I created the TBUI and added a Siebel Opertation Step in It. When I want to complete the properties for the step, it is missing the picklist for Business Component. If I try to add it manually it gives me the following error: "The query could not be run because it is too big. Please refine the query to make sure it is more selective or refine the query using parenthesis. Please contact your system administrator if the problem persists.(SBL-DAT-60277)"

Does any one knows if this is a reported bug or if there a solution for it?
