Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I ask this here because it's maybe one of the Oracle employee specialized in C/OM who wrote it.

In doc Id 1921823.1, there is a reference to another doc:

Customizing “ISS Prod Def ImpExp” is not supported as of How To Import Products and Other Versioned Object Definitions (VOD) in Siebel Versions above 7.8.x (Doc ID 4754.1)

This doc doesn't exist.

I'm curious to see the actual Doc Id reference because I don't understand why "Customizing “ISS Prod Def ImpExp” is not supported..."

Also, I don't understand this sentence:

Avoid using attributes from Standard Configuration as they might lead to conflicts
