Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 11.5.10.2 : Adpatch error for all patches

Hi :

This thread will address your following issue

Applying any patch gives the following error -

Current installed release is 11.5.10.2

Reading patch driver file...

AutoPatch error:

Invalid attribute 'NLS_BUGFIX_PATCH' (of entity 'adprelrec').

AutoPatch error:

Error getting ext attr id (adprelrec,NLS_BUGFIX_PATCH)
