Can you please provide me with steps for creating a new RAC cluster of 2 nodes ( which were previous

Preferable would not want to install through Oracle installer. If I need to do a reinstall - would OUI detect the clusterware install and give me an option to reconfigure the cluster and specify new scan ip, new location for ocr/vdsk?
