Hi,

Another questions on heaters.

When a heater is standard the BOM and Routing are also.

Some architects might ask for a specific length (non standard) heater.

So if theyask for a 500 w and a length of 100 cm instead of 73 (std) the size of the front of the heater changes.

The heater element, the sides don't change only the length of the front and the back will.

There is a sub assembly for the sides and the heating element.

The options are:

using the standard BOM of the 73 cm for the front and the back and make a multiplier ratio of 100/73= 1.37 so it will be 1,37 time the standard BOM
