Unconstrained Plan suggesting planned order early to fulfill safety stock against future forecast

Hi,

We are using unconstrained plan and safety stock attributes for items are as below.

Safety Stock Method: MRP Planned %

Bucket Days: 90

Percent: 2500

We have a four month lead time on times we buy. Users enter forecasts regularly depending on new business. When a forecast is entered lets say for a quantity of 10,000 EACH for a date of 3 months from now, system, as soon as the forecast date falls within the safety stock dates, plan would recommend to slowly build the safety stock. We don't want the safety stock to be build against this forecast. In essence how can we make the system ignore safety stock for a particular forecast???
