FULL Client and Server Package

Hi, I have some confusion between FULL Client and Server Package for a specific path code.

For example, if I want to assemble and build a FULL client package or FULL server package, I see no option where I can tell whether its a  client package or a server package. The only options available are FULL and UPDATE. Can someone please clarify this.
