Patch 18053306 : form failure

Hi All

While applying patch 18053306 in our test instance, the application errors with the following statements:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ce forms/US CEXCABMR.fmx
ce forms/F CEXCABMR.fmx
ce forms/D CEXCABMR.fmx

We are applying for the American, French and German languages.

The worker log shows this:

Compiling WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger on STATEMENT_COMPLETE_FLAG_DSP item in HEADERS data block...
Compilation error on WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger on STATEMENT_COMPLETE_FLAG_DSP item in HEADERS data block:
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 2, column 1
Statement ignored

We have tried to recompile using adadmin to no success, the same error prompts.
