ERP8 After ESUs applied, no changes found

Hi, initially user has applied JE10260 and JE12905. The impact was that the P4310 has failed to populate branch plant in P4310 header revision.

Then, they applied JE12893 and JE12221 (sar 8406929 -  missing branchplant)...both using baseline JE10260..but ended up still missing branch plant...

attached is the report for JE12221..

User further clarified :

Q1 : After applied JE10260, JE12905, the P4310 header revision - B/Plant is missing ? Yes.

Q2 : After the issue, you applied JE12893, JE12221..why did you go for JE12893 ?  JE 12221 is meant for P4310 missing b/p Last time when we apply JE10260 we have 2 issues which required apply JE11248 & JE11249. So when I find the JE11248 is superseded by JE12893 and JE11249 superseded by JE12221.
