Extra Invalids post application of July2014 CPU patch

We have a lot of extra invalids post application of JULY 2014 CPU patches.

Number of invalids before patching= 547

Number of invalids after patching=614

Following note id for this invalid issue which suggest to apply Patch 3981693 11Ii.OKL.G.

11.5.10.2 : After applying patch 18122010 : ORACLE APPLICATIONS WITH 11I.ATG_PF.H RUP7: CPU PATCH FOR JUL 2014 there is many invalid OKL objects (Doc ID 1920828.1)

This note id is suggesting to apply 3981693 which is again superseded by MINI-PACK 11i.OKL.H (4551977) .
