Exception while logging in RPM V14(LDAP authentication)

Hello ,

I am getting below error when i am login in RPM V14 .

We are using LDAP authentication ,we receives this error frequently..

Our OID(LDAP) is UP , RPM is UP and also Weblogic is also UP.

But when i enter the correct/UN password on login screen then i gets this error..

Exception is:

com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: javax.ejb.EJBException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:

  com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: Error executing service call: Failed to obtain password for LDAP user admin from credential store [method=com.retek.rpm.app.security.service.SecurityAppService.login, params=com.retek.platform.service.ClientContextjava.lang.Stringjava.lang.String]
