Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Issue while logging in SIM V14

Hello,

We are using Internal SIM database for authentication.

I created 2/3 users using SIM application and assigned them stores and roles.

When i am trying to log in using these users it is saying invalid credentials.

is there anything else is required.after creating user in SIM.
