H&S Incident Management: Capturing Safety Hours for Contractors and other Safety Hours Qs
Hi All, as per JDE HS&E documentation, contractor hours are not pulled out of JDE payroll and are to be manually entered in Safety Hours application.
Qs are:
1) In context of HS&E, aren't contractors basically search type 'S' - Subcontractors?
2) Client has contractors working on different projects in any given month. How do I submit safety hours using Safety Hours Application for such cases?
3) Client is going live with HS&E Incident Management in Dec 2014 and with Payroll in Mar 2015. This means that for the period of Dec 2014 - Mar 2015, employee safety hours will be entered manually in JDE Safety Hours Application and then by making processing option change, safety hours for employees will be fed from Payroll. Do you reckon there could be some issues in this transition that we must safeguard against?
