HS&E Incident Management: Re-assignment of Incidents

Hi All,

A quick Q. I am implementing 9.1 HS&E at a client. I need to know who “owns” the Incident – Does it live with the Role or is it against the Person who created the incident. What happens If someone leaves .. how does the Incident get re-assigned?

For Ex: If AB # 1000 logs into P54HS30 and creates an incidence. While creating Incidence lets say under who section -> Person Id is taken to be AB # 2000 (as victim - as in if he suffered some injury at a construction site).
