HS&E Incident Management: Adding more categories

Hi All,

A quick Q. On P54HS30 WHY Section - can more categories be added as shown in the attachment (or would that be a customization) or would it be better to add values to the UDC that shows up on selecting 'Other' (54HS/OC).
