HS&E Incident Management: Implementation timing for modules

Hi All,

I have a Q. Does Oracle recommend any Implementation timing for modules if HS&E is being implemented. What kind of issues we might face if we decide to go live first on HS&E and then after 3 months to Job Costing and Payroll. How will that impact Safety Hours? Thank you.
