H&S Incident Management: Uploading images while raising an incident

Hi All,

A quick Q. Is it correct that using P54HS30 an image can't be uploaded while raising an incident but it can be done using P54HS00?

I read about mobile application for opening an incident  and it says that image can be uploaded while opening an incident? I also noticed that not all info on P54HS30  is captured on the mobile app. Why is this difference there?


Lastly, is Mobile App for Incident Management available on Apple App Store not yet compatible with iPhone devices running iOS8?
