H&S Incident Management: Minimum Config Needed

Hi All,

If I am working on a new 9.1 HS&E IM implementation and HS&E is the only module going live, what is the minimum config required for the same in JDE?

Also, for email notifications to work, do I have to have all employees info in AB (even though other modules incl payroll will go live 3 months after HS&E IM)?
