How to identify number of in warrenty replacement in system.

HI,

We want a data, that during In warrenty period, how much time replacement given and details of that data.

Is there any report or query available which help me to get that data.

i.e When fresh sale we had 18m warrenty. x1

After X1 fails - replacement given as Y1

After Y1 Fails - replacement given as Z1

After z1 fails - replacement given as A1.

We need a report to get that data from system or any query can work, this help busines to understand how many time replacement given

and take appropriate action to improve quality of repair.
