How to resolve In Transit

Hi,

   Please advise on how are we going to remove/resolve the In Transit in the inventory module.

   We have run Intransit Value Reports and saw that there were plenty of In Transit that were being retrieve. Upon checking on the output, we also saw that In Transit happen on Jun 2013.

   How are we going to remove/resolve the In Transit even if it happen a year a go.
