How to use the international address format (_GLB) instead of standard?

When entering a Legal Address for Spain, the address format for Spain looks very weird. When I checked the DFF Local Address (Human Resources) the ES Spain Address Style is the "weird" style used, the ES_GLB Spain International Address Style is the "normal" one.

In the LE Configurator I can only select the country name (Spain), not the format "Spain (International)".

How can we setup the system that it uses the ES_GLB as the default format for Spain.

If the ES_GLB Local Address Format would be linked to the Country Spain the problem would be solved.

(of course there is the option to change the DFF for ES but I don't want to get into that topic as we have a number of countries to cover and for most countries the local format seems to be ok).
