Scheduling BI Publisher Reports Integrated with Siebel Application

Gurus,

Our customer is using Siebel 8.1.1.11 and BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.0 both on MS Windows 2008 64 server.  We are able to generate reports using Siebel application.  Now the requirement is to enable Scheduling of BI Publisher reports using Siebel.  We followed the steps  as detailed in the document "Siebel – BI Publisher 11g Integration"

But when we schedule the report via Siebel it says "Report 'test' with Job ID : -1 has been scheduled".

Are we missing any thing here please?

Any steps or inputs will be of great help.
