Logo missing from PDF output

Hi,

BI Publisher: 5.6.3 (embedded in Oracle EBS R12.1.3)

OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4

We generate about 10K PDF invoices every day from BI Publisher in EBS in batch mode (1-250 invoices in a batch). The logo on these invoices is taken from $OA_MEDIA and can differ from one Legal Entity to another. So to say it is dynamically chosen. The templates are in RTF.

Often, once or twice a month, we observe that few batches generate PDF without logo image on it and send it to customers. When we generate same set of invoice again, logo appears and customer receive the invoice again with logo.
