Calculate and Display Your Price (Net Price) for Optional Products from Customizable Product in Conf

Our client has requested that we display the Net Price/Your Price value in the Product Configurator for all the products available for selection but not yet selected by the user. Out of the box Siebel does not run the pricing procedures until after a user selects a product (signal CalculatePrice_Configurator).

Has anyone in the community have experience implementing this? Does anyone have any tips on how to do it?
