SAM-QFS 5.4 "shared" in Local Zones(NGZ) and Zone Clusters?

ALL,

  Curious about using a QFS 5.4 "shared" filesystem, no SAM, in Local Zones(NGZ) or in a Zone Cluster(ZC) with Solaris Cluster 3.3?

  I saw a procedure for setting it up in a ZC but would like any prior knowledge and experience from the folks on MOSC about implementing a QFS "Shared" filesystem across ZC's or just plain "local" Zones(NGZ)?
