How to change drilldown is not restricted to that Id?

Recent record drill down from Screen Home Page is drilling down to view based on that Id.Then if user wants to query for another Record it does not show up because it is drill down by that Id.How could we allow user to query for any other record without leaving the view.Is it scripting or any configuration solution?
