We recently loaded ESUs to E1 9.0 and now we can't split shipments in P4915. ESUs loaded: JL20702,

We are on EnterpriseOne version 9.0 and recently loaded ESUs JL20702, JL21000, JL21795, JL22028, JL22095, JL22200, JL22426, JL22527, JL22582 and JL22710.  Now we are having problems trying to split shipments in P4915.  We get the error "Specified Shipment does not exist"  (data dictionary code 058K).  The lines selected to remove from the shipment have a zero shipment number.  We can no longer see the lines in the Shipment programs.  Sales Order Processing has to delete the existing lines and add them back to the order with a different promised ship date to force the lines to get a new shipment number.  Any one else have any issues like this?
