I am getting dozens of small trace files all w/ contents: Processing Oradebug command 'setmypid'

The only thing I did was go into "Real time ADDM" in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.  Now I'm getting a new trace file every couple of seconds.  Help!  They all have the same contents:

*** 2014-09-25 14:32:03.162

Processing Oradebug command 'setmypid'

*** 2014-09-25 14:32:03.162

Oradebug command 'setmypid' console output: <none>

How do I kill whatever is creating all these files?

This is a production database.  Help!
