How to integrate MS AD with EBS11i?

We want to integrate Microsoft AD with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i to simplify the process of logon, starting on note “How to implement A Zero Sign-On Approach Using Microsoft Kerberos Authentication with EBusiness Suite (Doc ID 562698.1) “.
So, how can I know if there is a need to buy licenses related to the technology stack needed to implement this integration (eg.: Oracle Access Manager, OID, Weblogic, etc)?
