Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, pls clarify will R98405 be automatically generated after any ESU is applied ? when will it be used ?

Table conversion /SpecMerge report JDEPLAN...is this part of special instruction ?
