Enable Open UI Blank Screen after Upgrade to 8.1.1.11

Hi ,

We have upgraded from Siebel financial Service 8.1.1.3 to 8.1.1.11,

All the steps are followed as per bookshelf document for Migration upgrade .

I have looked up fro the Issue but the solution suggested in other documents for similar blank issue doesn't appy ,

As I have already performed the complete IRM process Successfully and the srf was also downloaded from the Oracle site .

For Enabling Open UI and Have HI and OUI in parallel I copied the already existing OM and Enabled the param for OUI to True ,

Also the steps after this are quite confusing as I tried editing eapps.cfg to with new entry for OUI Object manager but When I try the new Url it gives me 404 directory not found error, I have some idea that I need to create virtual directories but I can 't be sure how
