Budget Monthly Limit

Hello All,

We are on platform of JDE 9.11 &  we are in process to use budget module , we have few question

1.Can we make monthly upload monthly budget using spared patter by business unit ?

2.We do not want to carry forward balance budget amount in next month how we can set this in processing option , we want whatever budget amount balance is there should be laps.
