ARM Transactions not showing up on Reconciliation List view

After making an FDMEE mapping update and running a snapshot data load for an open reconciliation with transactions previously entered, the Reconciliation List view is not showing the Adjustment amounts while they do show when opening the individual reconciliation. So within the individual reconciliation, I can see the transactions and the balance summary is showing 0 for unexplained difference. When I go to the Reconciliation List view, the Adjustments from the transactions are not showing and it is showing an unexplained difference.

Has anyone else seen this and can tell me why this is happening and how to resolve this?
