It's possible Stop accounting information in the Primary Ledger by SLA?

Hi,

I need know if is possible stop the accounting information only in the Primary Leder in Cost Managment Subledger. The currently scenario is, one Primary Ledger (Transactions) and one Secondary Ledger (Finance), but about the Cost Managment information must be send accounting information ONLY to the Secondary Ledger, I mean, not send any information to the Primary Ledger.

I know the reverse scenario (Stop Accountig information in the Secondary Ledger) it's possible.
