How to get translated reporting amount if it is not in EBS source table

I work for AT&T. We use FDMEE EBS adaptor to import EBS GL domestic data into ARM. Our domestic balance data has currency code USD without translation (i.e. gl_balances.translated_flag <> 'Y'), so we only can import balance data with functional category into ARM. We can't import reporting amount since no translation. However, the user needs both translated reporting amount and functional amount for reconciliation. In our case the reporting amount = functional amount since they both use currency code USD.

Is there an easy  way for us to get reporting amount in ARM based on the functional amount imported into FDMEE and ARM?
