Pick Date Calculations and non work days

How is Pick Date calculated with Transportation Lead Days? I have 2 lead days and a branch plant calendar with Sat and Sun as non work days.

I enter an order on Thursday defaulting the request date. It gives a ship date of Monday, which is good, but a pick date of Friday instead of Thursday. According to the date calculation White Paper the pick date should always default to today.
