URGENT : Error occurred in INV_Pick_Wave_Pick_Confirm_PUB.Pick_Confirm Tran

     URGENT Response Needed? Yes , when issue occurs ,stops order processing in its tracks
     Customer:Putter, LLC.
     Oracle Apps Version:12.1.3
     Error(s):
     Problem Description/Question:
Customer states that a credit check hold was released by users and pick release program was run to pick release, Then deliveries are getting unassigned after creation and causing issues delay in shipment to the customer .

It is not clear what customer has done .

Customer has provided the following pick release log, but debug was not set and cannot be set as problem issue has now processed .

p_log_level is 0
