Timecards Disappearing after Canceling Interim

Has anyone ever experienced timecards disappearing from the system (all tables/files that I could think of) after pulling said timecards into an interim and then cancelling the interim?  I will be creating an SR for this issue, but thought I would see if anyone else has experienced this and what they may have learned.
