Is there a standard confirmation letter provided by Oracle? I am using OAB.

Answer: Yes there is

Follow up question: What's the name of the process to run the letter?

Answer: Either Self Service or a Concurrent request with the name "Confirmation Statement"

2. How to default to current enrollment but default coverage to zero instead of existing coverage amount ?

Answer: You can use the enrollment code 'Start New' to make employees re-enroll into plans/coverages.

3. How to allow employees to delete/remove/end date contacts during annual enrollment or self service?

Answer: You can end date dependent but you cannot delete as there will be child records.
