Replacement Items on Transfer Orders

We have set up items as replacements in the item cross reference table.  In the item branch table, we set one of the items to stocking type 'U'.  When we enter an order for a customer, we get a warning indicating that there is a replacement item available.  If we enter a transfer order, we don't get the warning.

We are using a different version of P4210 for the transfer orders since we have it set up to turn on transfers.  I've checked the processing options and, in PY, have set the ones that I think might be affecting this to be the same.  In our regular sales order entry version, I've entered a sales order for using the address book of our inter-company branch plant as the ship to and I do receive the warning indicating a replacement item being available.
