Standalone GI version 11gR2 startup issue in AIX Active-Passive OS cluster server.

Guru's,

we are running a Standalone 11gR2(11.2.0.3) version Grid infrastructure in a ACTIVE-PASSIVE IBM-AIX Cluster servers, with Oracle RESTART configured. Whenever the server is rebooted the cluster resources are not coming up automatically, we could see the d.bin processes getting started up after the reboot and also the associated socket files created in the /tmp/.oracle directory, but within couple minutes we observe that these files are getting vanished and the d.bin processes are going down. Has anybody seen such behaviour in your environment.

Also please guide on the steps on how to configure at the OS level the OHAS to shutdown/startup the Oracle resources (LIstener+ASM+databases) in a clean manner.
