sub tabs are not displayed across the application in IE9 OpenUI

Hi,

one of the user reported saying he is not able to see any sub tabs when he navigate to contact or company or activity and click on the name to drill down to detail view where he is not able to see any child tabs. He is using IE9 browser for 8.1.1.11_PS3 OpenUI.

We tried browser clear cache, creating new user preference file but no luck. Appreciate your help.
