Project not recalculating revenue

We are trying to adjust the burden multiplier in order to get more revenue on a project. However Oracle does not recognize these changes.

We have executed the following steps to recalculate revenue:

1. We had changed the burden multiplier under the burden schedule overrides at the project level and then compiled the change, after which we got a popup saying 1 record applied and saved.

2. Then in the expenditure inquiry, we selected all the expenditure items and from the tools menu clicked on "Recalculate Revenue" and we got a note "23 item (s) adjusted successfully.

3. Then we ran the PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project program.
